My journey into holistic therapy began with a profound personal transformation. For the majority of my life, I suffered from chronic anxiety and had resigned myself to the belief that this was my permanent state of being. I now stand as a testament to the power of listening to and nurturing our bodies; I no longer experience that relentless feeling of dread or the churn in my stomach. This miraculous change ignited a passion within me to help others who endure similar struggles find their own peace and calm.
I have witnessed first-hand how quickly and effectively our bodies can heal when given the proper attention. My son suffered from severe eczema as a baby and would scratch himself until his skin broke. After just one session focused on his liver, he never scratched again. Ten years later, he remains free from skin issues. These experiences have shown me time and again how powerful our bodies are when we allow ourselves to truly listen and feel.
